Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges
Returns, Refunds and Exchange is the scheme provided by various sellers listed on ‘Grouponova’s’ website available at www.Grouponova.com or the mobile application under the brand name “Grouponova” (collectively “Platform”), in relation to specific products. Returns, refund and exchange policy give you an option to return, or exchange items purchased on the Platform, for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, as detailed on the product details page. However, the return/exchange shall be eligible for products that are in good condition, as may be determined by Grouponova. Most of our products are eligible for return and replacements for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform that are within the return window. However, products that are explicitly identified as ‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned. Products which are identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return with the conditions as specified in the product description page and this policy. At the discretion of the Platform, Products sold under any offer, promotion or discount may not be returned. All returns are subject to the details provided in the product description page and other Sections of this policy. Products that are not eligible for return on the Platform, may be exchangeable for reasons mentioned on the product description page on the Platform.
However, if you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product from any seller listed on the Platform, you will still be allowed to exchange the product for reasons as provided in the product description page.
In case you have purchased a product with which a free product is delivered, and you raise a request for return the main product, you will have to return the free product as well. Further, a product which forms a part of a package of other products, you must return all products that form part of the package to process the refund.
In circumstances where you return an extra or a different product, Grouponova will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of such product and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you.
If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request through customer support at Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.
How to return items?
Once you request to return a product, a pickup is organized
for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5 business
days after your return request has been received. Once pickup is done, your
refund will be initiated from our end.
How to cancel ordered items?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through
reaching out to customer support at Contact us.
**Grouponova reserves the right to cancel any order without
pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before
shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written
confirmation from the customer.
How will I get my refund for cancelled or returned items?
We will process your refund within 3 business days in case
of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after
the product has been picked up by our courier partner. In case of prepaid
orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the
payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required
to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
Grouponova reserves the right in its sole discretion to
refuse any Refund for reasons including but not limited to: (i) any fraud or
malpractice committed by the user and detected by Grouponova at any point of
time, (ii) for any other reason that Grouponova may deem fit.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for
returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are
not returnable or exchangeable.
Miscellaneous
Please note that all the customer claims and requests for
return/refund shall be subject to Grouponova’s satisfaction. Grouponova
reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or
remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice
to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any
updates/ changes.
