Grouponova Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Grouponova has a return, refund, cancellation and exchange policy for select products available on our website,
www.Grouponova.com, and our mobile app. This policy allows you to return
or exchange items purchased on our platform for any reason within the specified return/exchange period. To be eligible,
items must be in good condition as determined by Grouponova. Most products can be returned or replaced for domestic orders;
however, made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. Please note that international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

This platform facilitates the sale and purchase of products and services listed on the Website. The term “User” or “Users” or “you” refers to any individual who uses, accesses, or browses the Website and/or purchases products on the Website.

1.3. The 'Terms and Conditions' published on GROUPONOVA are incorporated by reference. This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions, outlines NOVA E-COMMERCE VENTURES LLP’s procedures for (a) cancellations, (b) returns, and (c) refunds. Any cancellations or refunds you request are subject to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Applicability of Policy
2.1. By using GROUPONOVA and/or initiating a purchase request for products, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on GROUPONOVA. Note that we may change the terms of this Policy from time to time, so please check it regularly.
3. Terms of Cancellation
- 3.1. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Once dispatch has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled and no refunds will be provided if these orders are rejected at delivery.
- 3.2. Cancellation requests can be made through the ‘My Orders’ section using the order tracking number, by calling our customer care number, or by any other method communicated by NOVA E-COMMERCE VENTURES LLP.
- 3.3. Upon receiving your cancellation request, your order will be canceled immediately, and the refund process for prepaid orders will begin within 24 hours.
- 3.4. Orders for flowers, cakes, gifts, or plants cannot be canceled once placed, and no refunds will be provided if these orders are rejected at delivery.
- 3.5. International orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged.
4. Terms of Return and Refund
- 4.1. You must initiate returns within 24hr of the delivery. We will accept return requests in accordance with this Policy. Returns will not be processed if the order was for an incorrect product model, color, or other discrepancies.
- 4.2. All packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Do not accept packages with tampered seals or damage, as acceptance will void any return claims.
- 4.3. You may register a complaint or request for return through GROUPONOVA. To initiate a return, provide details of the issue and request a return. For quality assurance, we may require images of the product sought to be returned. The ‘return’ tab is available only during the return window. For concerns after the return window, contact customer care.
- 4.4. If you receive a product eligible for return, please register your request immediately. We will verify if the claimed defects or damages are acceptable and will either accept or reject the return request post-verification.
- 4.5. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received it, contact GROUPONOVA support within 7 days.
- 4.6. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within one business day upon verification of the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or your GROUPONOVA wallet.
- 4.7. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account if purchased from a third-party seller; otherwise, they will go to your wallet.
- 4.8. Refunds will be completed within 15 working days, subject to your payment method. If delays occur, contact us for assistance.
- 4.9. Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on their detail page are subject to that policy.
5. What Can Be Returned?
You may request returns for most items purchased from sellers on our platform within the return window. However, products marked as ‘not returnable’ on their detail pages cannot be returned. Items identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return under specified conditions. Products sold under promotions or discounts may also be non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may exchange it as outlined in this policy. If your purchase included a free item, both the main product and the free item must be returned. Similarly, if your purchase is part of a package, all items in that package must be returned for a refund. Grouponova is not responsible for any misplaced or incorrectly returned items.
To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact customer support within 24hr of delivery. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all labels and tags intact and in original packaging are eligible for return or replacement.
6. Return Timeline & Conditions for Electronics
For electronics that do not require installation, contact customer care within 24 hours for any physical damage or discrepancies. For products requiring installation, you may contact the brand directly or have a technician assess the damage.
